Job description


Responsibilities

In a team of 4, overlook HK SFC regulatory compliance as advised by the Head of Compliance

Participate in major compliance projects and perform licensing

Monitor PAD, Gift and Entertainment and other conduct activities

Review marketing materials advise business on new AML/Regulatory requirements

Requirements:

University graduate from a related discipline

Minimum of 8 years compliance experiences preferred within leading FIs

Exposure to retail and institutional funds will be given priority

Strong command of English and Chinese
