VP, Regulatory Compliance

Job description

Our client, a newly licensed asset manager, is looking for a VP, Compliance to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Draft, review and negotiate transactions with the assistance of the COO

Liaise with SFC and regulatory bodies regarding inspections, reports and licensing matters

Provide compliance training for the business and prepare staff manuals as required

Familiar with SFC licensing requirements and keep staff abreast new regulatory changes

Handle compliance cases and supervise SFC license holder's requirements for training

Requirements:

University degree from a related discipline

5+ years of compliance experience within SFC regulated firms

Good team work and interpersonal skills

Good Chinese and English skills
