VP, Marketing Communications, Financial Services

Our client is a well-established financial institution with strong presence in Hong Kong. As part of the continued growth, a unique opportunity has arisen for a marketing professional to join an expanding financial institution to lead their marketing function.

Reporting to the Department Head, you will be the team lead of the marketing communication team to ovesee marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive digital marketing activities and event management. You will drive marketing initiatives on customer acquisition & leads generation through both online and offline channel in supporting business growth. You will manage advertising agencies to ensure delivery of quality marketing materials that match with the bank's brand image and direction.

To qualify, an individual must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 12 years' experience in Marketing Communications / Segment Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Product Marketing gained in Banking/ Financial institutions
• Experience in loyalty app marketing will be a plus
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and / or Mandarin
