VP, Internal Audit (Treasury)

Our client, a leading banking group, is looking for a high calibre VP, Treasury Audit to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

Lead/ participate in audit procedures focused on treasury activities, finance and market risk

Liaise with stakeholders and business partners to promote control awareness in bank

Assessed if new regulatory requirements or new accounting standards, e.g. Basel IRRBB, ICAAP & IFRS9, have been properly implemented

Assessed controls on treasury operations, including front end dealing, product control, risks management and back end settlement

Reviewed credit approval processes and assessed credit risk management of the bank

Use data analytics to improve efficiency for audit engagements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

10 years of audit and risk control functions, preferably in risk and treasury

Solid knowledge of treasury and financial risk management

Good command of English and Chinese
