VP - Head of Treasury Operations

Our client is a well-established banking group with big presence in Asia. They're currently looking for Head of Treasury Operations to lead their team in Hong Kong at VP Level.

As a functional lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of multiple teams to ensure they deliver business expectations. You will have a change mindset to constantly implement improvements in terms of operational and processes processes to enhance efficiency of the team. You will be key point of contact for escalation, lead, and be part of different business initiatives set by the Bank. As a people manager, you will also coach and mentor your team for their career development.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • At least 10 - 15 years relevant trade / cash opeations and management experience in a sizeable financial institution
  • Project / Change Management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese. Mandarin a plus
  • Must already be based in Hong Kong
