VP, Digital Wealth Product, Retail Banking

Our client is a well-established banking group with diversified businesses in Wealth Management, Corporate, Investment and Retail banking. With their continuous expansion in their business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre product management/ project management professional to join their retail banking business focusing on investment product related digital project

Report directly to Team Head, you will be a key member the digital wealth team to drive overall wealth digitalization roadmap and strategies to support business growth. You will drive wealth management initiatives, enhance customer onboarding journey on digital platform, product capability and ensure smooth projects delivery. You will drive product commercialization through digital channels and build unique digital value propositions. You will work closely with various department, including Legal, Compliance, Risk and Control to monitor end-to-end process and ensure the whole process complies with internal and external regulatory requirements. You will work with IT team from preparing the business requirements, perform gap analysis to UAT testing. In addition, you will provide other supports within the team when required.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 8 years' experience in investment product management/ wealth portfolio management/ digital product management in retail banking industry
• knowledge in retail investment product is a must
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
