VP - Delta One Middle Office Lead

With a continuous investment in the region, particularly their Equities business in Asia, one of our key clients is looking for an experienced lead to manage their Delta One Middle Office team in Hong Kong at VP level.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for oversight of Middle Office processes including trade capture, reconciliation and client service-related functions for the Delta One business. You will act as escalation point for any internal or client issues, be working closely with other internal teams in ensuring smooth delivery of processes, and implement improvements continuously, in keeping with the risk and control culture of the Bank. You will be confident in interacting with different senior stakeholders in the bank at regional and global levels, whilst coaching and developing your own team.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree, CFA desirable
• 10-12 years' relevant working experience in Middle Office within a sizeable Bank (Global Markets) Securities / Brokerage firms in HK
• Excellent Prime Delta One product knowledge, with strong understanding of
• Project Management with team leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills in English with Cantonese and Mandarin preferable
• Based in Hong Kong
