VP, Control Room and Private Side Compliance

Our client, a leading investment banking group, is looking for a VP, Control Room to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and update control room operation process including watch list/restricted list etc.

Deliver training to new joiners about information barrier

Liaise with different business lines and stakeholders regarding confidential lists etc.

Provide compliance and regulatory advice to various corporate finance departments

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related discipline

5+ years of experiences in control room, IBD, research compliance

Ability to work under pressure

Proficient in English and Chinese
