VP - Client Experience & Digital Onboarding Transformation

Our client is a global bank with an established commercial banking presence in Asia. Due to the business' focus on continuous improvement, our client is looking for an experienced individual to join the Bank as VP.

Reporting to function head, you will be responsible for regional efforts in improving client experience and digital onboarding processes for their commercial banking business line. You will have oversight on different facets of customer experience including, but not limited to, account opening, implementation, KYC renewals, etc. This transformation team will be instrumental to ensuring that processes for client issues are dealt with at a timely and accurate matter, and stakeholders are supported internally that will allow them to deliver high standard service to their customers. You must have excellent project management skills, exceptional communication and relationship management skills.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other related disciplines
  • Project Management certification (Six Sigma, PMP, etc)
  • 10-15 years' relevant working experience in project management / transformation space in a sizeable commercial bank in Hong Kong
  • Must have banking client onboarding / client experience - related knowledge project experience
  • Asia Pacific remit with experience running regional projects
  • Must already be based in Hong Kong
