VIP Client Advisor - Premium Healthcare & Wellness Service

Our client is a premium healthcare and wellness brand with an established business in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Client Advisor with a strong background in serving VIP customers, particularly from Mainland China.

This role is ideal for sales professional with experience selling directly to VIP including luxury retail, hospitality, wellness center, banking or other premium services.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients from Hong Kong and Mainland China
• Provide tailored consultations and guide clients through the company's premium service offerings
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and onboarding
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience
• Represent the brand at open house events and build referral partnerships
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles in luxury retail, private banking, insurance, hospitality, or similar sectors
• Proven success in engaging and serving VIP clients, especially customers from Mainland China.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is a must; English proficiency is a plus

* 與內部團隊緊密合作，確保客戶獲得無縫且卓越的服務體驗
* 代表品牌參與開放日活動，並建立轉介合作關係
* 準確記錄客戶互動及銷售業績

理想人選：
* 至少三年在奢侈品零售、私人銀行、保險、酒店或相關行業的銷售或客戶服務經驗
* 在服務VIP客戶方面有成功經驗，尤其是中國內地客戶
* 自我驅動、以結果為導向、以客戶為中心
* 具備優秀的人際溝通能力
* 必須精通普通話及廣東話，具備良好英文能力者優先
