Vice President, Cash Equity Implementation

Job Duties:

Lead the project management of cash equity product development, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to implementation.
Drive cross-departmental collaboration to enhance systems and operational workflows, ensuring seamless readiness for product launches. Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
Facilitate structured communication channels, providing regular updates and maintaining alignment among stakeholders. Organize progress reviews and briefings to ensure all parties are informed and engaged.
Monitor project progress, track key milestones, manage risks, and proactively escalate issues to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
Address and resolve implementation challenges by applying strong problem-solving skills and leveraging cross-functional expertise.
Oversee internal system testing to ensure completeness and alignment with business requirements. Collaborate closely with IT and business units to validate system performance.
Conduct annual project planning and budget management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, cost efficiency, and timely reporting to senior management.
Mentor and support junior implementation managers, providing guidance on project reviews and fostering their technical and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 12 years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong track record in project management and stakeholder engagement
Proven experience in the front office, specifically in developing cash equity products.
Excellent presentation and advocacy skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and influencing stakeholders effectively.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning abilities.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of Chinese and Putonghua is an advantage.
