UX/Qualitative Research Assistant Manager

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Employ the appropriate research methodology to explore and validate the needs, pain points, and requirements of digital banking customers
  • Conduct various research activities, including workshops, interviews, and usability testing, throughout all stages of the design process for different products
  • Take charge of research preparations, such as participant recruitment, screening, and session scheduling. Additionally, oversee external research vendors for larger-scale projects
  • Perform user interviews, workshops, and usability testing, and interpret and synthesize data gathered
  • Present and communicate research analysis in a clear and effective manner, ensuring effective delivery to key stakeholders
  • Promote the advantages of a user-centered design approach within the broader organization

Requirements

  • minimum of three years of professional experience in the research and UX fields
  • experience from vendor management and research agencies would be an advantage
