Treasury Manager/ Assistant Treasury Manager (HKD45k-55k)

About the Company

Our client is a leading marketing and advertising US listed company, they are currently looking for a Treasury Manager/ Assistant Treasury Manager for their regional treasury team.

Reports to the VP of Treasury, you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare regular treasury report to facilitate management decision
  • Responsible for managing cashflow, payment and reports arising from treasury activities
  • Mitigate financial risks related to treasury operations, such as currency fluctuations, banking disruptions, and client bankruptcies
  • Liaise with banks and operating companies on bank accounts management, include account maintenance, preparing documents for account opening, closure and KYC
  • Involve in negotiation, completion and amendment of both external and internal credit facilities, review facility agreements and arrange related legal documentations
  • Manage liquidity through regional cash pools, intercompany loans, and bank facilities.
  • Manage debt instruments and analyze loan renewals and equity or debt increases.
  • Coordinate with banks for daily funding arrangement, and assist in arranging banking facilities
  • Responsible for KYC related matters
  • Provide support integration of newly acquired entities into Treasury Policy, banking and liquidity solutions.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting or Finance, or related disciplines
  • Big 4 training preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of Treasury experiences
  • Good interpersonal and language skills
  • Speaks fluent English and Chinese
