Treasury Manager

Our client is a HK listed trading company. They are the industry market leader. And they are looking for a treasury manager. This person reports directly to CFO.

Requirement

• Manage daily treasury operations, includes cash movements, review payments and prepare inter-company transfers
• Prepare cash flow forecast, monthly cashflow report and reconciliation reports
• Liaise with local and international banks to secure financing and negotiate banking facilities
• Review and ensure compliance of treasury-related legal documents such as credit facilities, derivative contracts and loan agreements
• Responsible for treasury-related strategic projects and risk management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of treasury experience, with CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in Big 4 or sizable corporations is highly preferred
• Independent, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
