Treasury Director

Our client is a FMCG company with one of their major hubs based in Hong Kong. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Treasury Director to join their leadership team. Candidates with less experiences will be considered for the Senior Manager position.

Reporting to Head of Finance, you will lead a small team and be responsible for the group's Treasury function. You will ensure the smooth running day to day operations, in addition to formulating and driving the Treasury strategies: from hedging, cash pooling, liquidity management to financing activities. This is a hands on role where you will work closely with APAC countries and different lines of businesses. As an integral part of the Finance function, you will provide accurate forecasting and planning on cashflow; facilitate decision making on M&A projects and corporate finance initiatives. This is a fast paced environment where you will get involved at both country and global level matters.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder and CPA qualified , preferably from Big 4
• Minimum 15 years of Treasury experiences
• Familiar with FMCG industry in a multinational setting is highly preferred
• Previous experiences in devising Treasury strategy at Global/APAC level
• Hands on approach; ability to coach and lead a team
• Effective rapport building skills with senior stakeholders
• Good command of English and Mandarin is essential
