Trade Sales Manager - Healthcare (Drug Chain)

Job description

My client is a top tier healthcare multinational company. With close to 30 billions euros revenue in 2019, they are the market leader within the industry. Looking to further strengthen their business in the retail sector, they are now in search for a Trade Sales Manager.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining effective business relationship with the drug chain accounts. You will be developing trade offers and marketing campaign to drive sales revenue. As a Trade Sales Manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and driving sales strategies within drug chain accounts (WTS, MNS)
  • Maintaining and building strong partnership with key account through supporting promotional campaign, trade terms negotiations etc
  • Bring and promote new products into designated accounts
  • Implementing category management strategy for key customer in accordance with company's policies and compliances
  • Coordinate with marketing team to further drive sales within key account
  • Conducting market research and analysis to generate competitive insight, strategies and suggestions for key customer

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least 4 years of experience in key account management within the FMCG sector
  • At least 2 years of experience handling drug chain accounts (WTS, MNS) is a MUST
  • Experience handling healthcare or OTC products would be an advantage
  • Proactive, positive and strong communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
