Trade Marketing Manager (Food)
Job description
JOB DUTIES
Formulate shopper marketing strategies and transforming brand objectives into GTM plans and BTL execution for various channels
Work with the brand managers to deliver activation plan
Develop and present trade activation programs to the sales team of assigned channels to drive sales and align with company strategy
Collaborate with vendors to create quality POSM/premium materials
Lead new product launch plans in coordination with cross-functional teams
Generate monthly reports, meeting updates, and execution updates for the brands
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree holder in Business/ Marketing or related field
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing, perferrably in food products
- At least 2-3 years of experience in team leading position.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities and proficient data analytical skills
- Proactive in driving initiatives and exhibits a growth mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
