Trade Floor Support Engineer (bank)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the technical platform to ensure good availability, performance, and security.
• Perform regular network, system, and database management functions such as resource monitoring, performance monitoring, fault detection, backup and recovery, and security administration.
• Implement hardware and software changes.
• Resolve hardware and software issues.
• Provide technical support for trading room, office automation, and other technical systems.
• Manage software migration and application systems.
• Conduct technical evaluation projects.
• Provide technical support to the application development team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in trading floor support or above.
• Experience in supporting trading turret systems.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
