Total Reward Manager | MNC | 13-month pay

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monitor personnel costs.
  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems.
  • Coordinate market surveys, ensure competitive pay and benefits.
  • Oversee payroll and commission processes for assigned markets.
  • Support salary review and bonus cycles.
  • Monitor legal requirements and update policies.
  • Manage internal and external audit.
  • Assist in global/regional HR initiatives and digital transformation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Finance
  • 5+ years' HR C&B experience in multinational companies
  • Strong knowledge of HK & Macau employment laws
  • Advanced Excel and HRIS skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
