Test Lead, IT project, Insurance, 40K

Job duties

• Lead and prepare SIT / UAT test plan and manage test execution and documentation to ensure completeness and traceability
• Coordinate and manage the availability of the SIT / UAT environments
• Coordinate with IT and user team on deployment arrangement
• Coordinate with IT PMO to communicate with external parties
• Ensure project documents are in accordance with the Company's requirements and corporate objectives and adhere to scope, schedule and budgets, all within the PMO framework

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent, minimum 4 years working experience in Information Technology and insurance/banking industry
• Solid experience in managing SIT and UAT of large/middle scale applications in insurance company
• Good communication skills, able to work with various user departments, technical teams and vendors
• Good analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding on Software Development Life Cycle
• Fluent Cantonese and English is a must
