We are a leading recruitment agency, partnering with top-tier companies to find exceptional talent. Currently, we are assisting a prominent insurance company in their search for a skilled Technical Lead to join their dynamic team.

Job Description:

As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of production releases and maintaining the consistency of implementations across various channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with the development team and testing resources to ensure adherence to requirements.
  • Assisting the Delivery Manager in overseeing production releases.
  • Working with the Product Owner and Business Analysts to understand business and functional requirements.
  • Defining and communicating system requirements to relevant development teams, including upstream and downstream systems.
  • Leading the process of test case and test data preparation, as well as test execution.
  • Regularly reporting test results to the working team, team lead, and relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in the insurance testing area.
  • Strong background in insurance, ideally in New Business POS/eApplication, with knowledge of FNA and the entire insurance application journey.
  • Proven experience working closely with offshore development teams.
  • Solid experience in solution delivery, managing requirements gathering, development, and testing phases.
  • Hands-on experience in test case preparation, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
  • Ability to translate requirements into a comprehensive test plan.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proactive personality with effective communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English.
