Test Lead - Insurance Industry 45-53k

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of testers, providing guidance and support throughout the testing process.

• Drive various testing initiatives, ensuring proactive follow-up on testing activities and timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with development and business analysis teams to ensure alignment on testing requirements and objectives.
• Develop and maintain testing strategies, plans, and documentation to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in testing within the insurance industry.

• Strong domain knowledge of new business e-applications and agency applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a proactive and results-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
