  • Provide technical support to APAC offices
  • Configure, set up and maintain IT systems and application software
  • Responsible for IT related projects among APAC
  • System administration for Azure AD, O365 and other IT systems
  • Diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals, hardware and network
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in providing technical support
  • Previous experience in networking and system administration will be a plus
  • Knowledge in cybersecurity will be an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
