Technical Lead - Insurance Industry 65-75k

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technology solution delivery process by collaborating with development and business analysis teams to define project requirements and objectives.

• Ensure successful delivery of IT solutions by coordinating timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep initiatives on track.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in the technology sector, preferably within the insurance industry.

• Strong domain knowledge of new business e-applications and agency applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading technology projects and ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results.
