Technical Lead- (AWS Cloud) Life Insurance and POS- 60-70k

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate technical integration and migration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions and review technical proposals from development teams.
• Utilize AWS Cloud technologies to enhance system performance and scalability.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure successful implementation of solutions that meet quality and compliance standards.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and project updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of relevant working experience in a technical lead or coordination role, preferably within the Life Insurance or Insurance Point of Sales sectors.
• Strong understanding of technical integration and migration processes.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services and solutions.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, ensuring effective collaboration across different locations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
