Team Lead, Deposits & Payment Project Management

Our client is a well-established banking group with diversified businesses in Wealth Management, Corporate and Consumer banking. With their continuous expansion in their business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre deposits / payment product / project professional to join their retail banking / SME business focused on project management.

Report directly to Head, you will lead a squad team as a subject matter expect of retail deposits & payment product and participate in digital transformation project. You will provide expert advice on driving and enhancing product platform capability and ensure smooth projects delivery . You will work closely with various department, including Legal, Compliance, Risk and Control to monitor end-to-end process for retail/SME deposits and payment products and ensure the whole process complies with internal and external regulatory requirements. You will work with IT team from preparing the business requirements, perform gap analysis to UAT testing. In addition, you will provide operational support within the team when required.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 10 years' experience in product management/ project management/ process management in retail banking
• Product knowledge in retail deposits & payments is a must
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
