Team Assistant (FI, Japanese speaking, up to 60k)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day logistics including visa processing, medical claims, and relocation support
- Maintain and update critical reporting and event tracking systems
- Responsible for arranging corporate access, broker meetings, roadshows, and conferences
- Work closely with Compliance to ensure policy adherence and approvals
- Handle ad hoc requests and team calendar reviews to prioritize meetings effectively

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales Support/ Administration/ Corporate Acess or similar within Financial Services
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Access and Equity Capital Markets
- Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- A collaborative, detail-oriented, and analytical team player
