Our client seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and assisting the Talent Acquisition team in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and communicating with candidates
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding materials to new hires.
• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
• Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and maintaining recruitment metrics.
• Foster a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous 2 years experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
