TA Manager

Job description

Our client is a fast growing e-commerce business with operations in Asia with Hong Kong serving as one of their major hubs. They are currently seeking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to head up the team.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead a team in talent acquisition whilst working in a sizable HR function. Working closely with other HR teams and business operations, you will develop and lead the recruitment strategy. With solid understanding of commercial goals and departmental requirements, you will provide advisory to the company from front to back office on talent sourcing best practices, market updates, analysis and reports. You will revamp and improve processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient end to end delivery. This is a critical role as the company is going through expansion phase where your contributions will set solid foundation for future growth.


To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Good data analysis skills, draw insights and recommendation plans
  • Excellent leadership capabilities
  • Strong communicator; ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple stakeholder
  • Prior experiences in a new set up ie building TA processes is highly preferred
  • Excellent command in both Chinese and English
