Job description

Assist users on resolving application and system issues
Escalate unresolved matters to more senior regional/global IT teams
Act as key interface among global IT teams and local staff
Report common problems to management in order to settle underlying matters
Support regional and global IT team on project implementation
Ensure company policies are well-maintained
