System Analyst, MS Dynamics (Luxury, 45K)

Job description

My client, a well renowned Global Luxury Jewellery Brand. They are now actively looking for candidates with strong exposures in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, AX and 365 F&O candidates.

For the Jewellery Brand, ideally they are looking for a candidate with strong exposures in and sound product knowledge in MS Dynamics AX - Finance & Operation modules.

System Analyst, Microsoft Dynamics AX (45K)

Job Duties:

  • Provide end-user support for daily operations of Microsoft D365
  • Support Microsoft D365 implementation and process improvement
  • Conduct system troubleshooting for any issues or bugs
  • Act as a bridge between end-user and Microsoft D365 vendor
  • Conduct UAT and QA to ensure that Microsoft D365 change requests and implementations meet the requirements and business needs
  • Maintain user guidelines and documents

Job requirement:

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of support experience and familiar with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (NAV / BC / FO / AX)
  • Experience in the Retail / F&B / Wholesale industry is highly preferred
