Supply Chain Planning Supervisor (Trading | 28-38k)

My client is a steadily expanding trading company. Looking to enhance their planning function, they are now in search of an Assistant Supply Planning Manager.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage a long term demand and supply plan for global markets
• Align sales forecast and supply plan through data validation and analysis
• Handle purchase order for suppliers / production plants and maintain healthy inventory level
• Manage supply and production plan in consideration of NPD & Phase in/Out process to ensure factory production and capacity
• Manage supply chain problems such as material shortage, logistics malfunction, market changes
• Conduct regular data analysis and reporting to ensure supply chain efficiency

To qualify, one must possess

• Degree holder with at least 4 years of supply planning experience
• Proven track record of supply / production planning work with factories / production plants
• Problem solving mindset and adaptable to manual work such as order processing and data entry
• Energetic and willing to learn with good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
