Supply Chain Planner (Consumer Brand | 18 - 25k)

Job description

My client is a top tier consumer brand. Looking to enhance their planning function, they are now in search of a Supply Chain Planner.

Reporting to the Planning Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain demand and supply plans for assigned product categories, including forecasting, inventory management, and production planning
  • Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for assigned product categories, including facilitating meetings, analyzing data, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturer, to ensure alignment on demand forecasts and supply plans
  • Monitor inventory levels and production schedules to identify potential supply chain issues and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risk
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations, including service levels, inventory turns, and lead times
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and drive cost savings

To qualify, one must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least 1 year of logistics or supply chain planning experience
  • Experience working within both 3PL, forwarders or in-house manufacturer / consumer brands would be considered
  • Proficient with Excel function including Vlookup and Pivot Table
  • Analytical, detail minded and good communication skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
