Strategy Manager, Health and Wellness

Our client is well established hospitality group with operations globally. An exciting opportunity has arisen with their new business venture for a Strategy Manager with passion for the Health and Wellness industry to join their team.

Reporting to the Project Lead, this is an individual contributor role working in a newly created team for a brand new business. You will facilitate market research on global trends in this sector; map out business plans and feasibility studies on potential operating models, backed by robust and detailed investment appraisals and analysis. You will play a critical role in formulating and implementing the strategy, conduct continuous review of the operation's performance and provide recommendations to senior management on return on investment.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or similar
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience either in strategy consulting or industry
• Passion for the Health and Wellness sector
• Excellent financial modelling and business analysis skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to convey complex ideas into financials
• Good command of both English and Chinese
