Strategy Manager

Our client is an established Hong Kong based organisation with a diversified portfolio of businesses. With mid to long term expansion plans in place, they are seeking for a Strategy Manager to join their team.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will lead a small team and help lead their strategy programmes and initiatives. Working closely with project managers and a hands on approach, you will oversee end to end implementation of innovative projects. This role will see you interact regularly with operations' leaders, taking a deep dive approach into their business models and proposing recommendations based on robust data analytics. This is a dynamic role where you will help shape and transform the organisation from both internal and customer perspectives.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder and MBA
• Minimum 6 years of strategy and/or transformation experiences gained in sizable corporations
• Prior exposure from Consultancy firms is highly preferred
• Strong project management, business data analysis and modelling exposure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
