Sr CRM Operation Officer

Job description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Data Analytics & CRM Engagement, this individual will be the key team member to support the marketing automation functions relating to the CRM platform and loyalty engine to improve the customer experience and drive business result.


  • Work closely with Marketing team and CRM team to plan the events, promotions, and marketing communications for the regional loyalty program.
  • Manage the day-to-day CRM engagement activities including but not limited to build the CRM automation journey in Salesforce platforms (i.e. service cloud and marketing cloud) and set up the reward/promotion in the loyalty platform to drive the business growth and customer engagement
  • Support and implement the data driven customer segmentation strategy and provide insights to enhance the effectiveness of different CRM initiatives


  • Degree holder of Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Marketing or related discipline
  • At least 2 years hands on experience working with day-to-day CRM operations in Salesforce marketing cloud
  • Prefer to possess the Salesforce certificates (e.g. Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Admin, Salesforce Certificated Administrator)
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise based on value to the business
  • Bring a 'can do' attitude and be excited about the opportunity to work in an Agile environment that provides exposure to wide range of tasks and individuals across the business.
  • A team-centred approach with strong communication skills
