Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Oversee food inventory, ordering, and cost mangaement to ensure profitability.
  • Maintain strict standards on food safety and sanitation.
  • Develop seasonal menus that cater to different clients' preferences.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as Head Chef in fine dining
  • Strong culinary skills and creativity.
  • Extensive knowledge of food handling, preparation and cooking techniques.
