Responsibilities:

Manage kitchen operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Oversee food inventory, ordering, and cost mangaement to ensure profitability.
Maintain strict standards on food safety and sanitation.
Develop seasonal menus that cater to different clients' preferences.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as Head Chef in fine dining
Strong culinary skills and creativity.
Extensive knowledge of food handling, preparation and cooking techniques.
