My client is a fast-growing online marketplace and they are hiring a Social Media and Content Marketing Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.
In this role, you will lead the content and digital engagement efforts of Hong Kong market, crafting compelling stories and campaigns to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead content creation across web, social, and email. Develop compelling content strategies tailored to platforms and audiences, aligning with business objectives and local market trends.
- Turn complex ideas into clear, engaging stories, impactful narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Manage the company's presence across social media channels. Oversee brand voice and messaging across platforms, ensuring consistency while fostering meaningful interactions with followers and communities.
- Drive campaigns to boost awareness and conversions. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- Collaborate with internal functions like sales, product, and acquisition. Work cross-functionally to align messaging, share insights, and support business goals through coordinated marketing efforts.
- Lead and coach a small team to drive performance. Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to team members, fostering growth and ensuring delivery of high-impact results.
Job Requirement
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant discipline.
- A minimal 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media gained from e-commerce business.
- Deep knowledge of consumer behavior in the Hong Kong market.
- Strong storytelling across formats, plus SEO and analytics skills.
- Proven leadership experience and prior team management experience is required.
- Entrepreneurial, innovative and flexible mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholders management skills.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must.
