Senior Software Engineer - Conglomerate - Hong Kong

Our client runs a conglomerate business. They are now looking for a high calibre Senior Software Engineer to join their fast-growing technology team:

Responsibilities:

  • You will participate in all stages of software development life cycles
  • You will assist in designing and building robust web applications, effort estimation and documentation
  • You will also mentor junior team members on processing and engineering best practices

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Experienced in web-based system development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, RESTful Web Services
  • Strong ability in server-side technologies (e.g. ASP.NET C#, Java 8+, PHP, Node.JS, etc.)
  • Strong ability in SQL development (Preferably MS SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL)
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Software Engineer
