Job Duties

• Monitor network traffic, system logs, and O365 services to identify suspicious or malicious activity.
• Investigate, contain, and remediate security incidents and potential breaches.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Evaluate and propose new security tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Provide cybersecurity awareness training to staff.
• Work closely with IT and DevOps teams to ensure secure configurations and compliance across systems and applications

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 6-8 years of cybersecurity or related experience.
• Strong understanding of network, system, and cloud security principles.
• Hands‑on experience with security tools such as Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Knowledge of Azure and O365 security.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with secure coding and DevSecOps practices.
• Professional certifications (CISSP, OSCP, GIAC) are an advantage.
• Able to work effectively across different cultures.
• Industry knowledge in apparel or retail is a plus.
• Willing to provide standby support during public holidays or non‑business hours.
• Experience with ITSM platforms, preferably JIRA.
