Join a dynamic team in the Risk Management team, where you will play a critical role in fortifying the company's risk management framework. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, addressing both internal controls and external challenges to safeguard our organization's interests.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance the risk management system, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company objectives.
  • Develop and implement innovative risk management techniques to improve existing procedures.
  • Prepare and present regular reports detailing significant risks and corresponding recommendations to senior management.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of the company's internal control framework to ensure effective risk mitigation.
  • Monitor various types of risks by establishing key risk indicators and adapting to changing conditions.
  • Lead reviews aimed at mitigating risks, identifying specific control measures, and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Assist in internal audit assignments and support the risk management strategy through training and technical support for management and employees.
  • Collaborate with the PRC business as needed and contribute to ad hoc projects upon request.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and recognized professional qualifications are preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a background in external/internal audit and risk management in sizable organizations.
  • Experience in PRC operations is preferred, with occasional travel required in PRC
  • Ability to work independently with robust analytical skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua required.
