Senior Reporting Analyst / FP&A Manager

The Company

Our client is a market leading eyewear design company with over 20 years of history. They produce and distribute eyewear for key retailers and fashion brands in over 65 countries. They are looking for a Senior Analyst or FP&A Manager to support the financial analysis on their business performance. The role will report to Finance Controller and assist to provide business insights for their operation and planning decisions. He/she will take lead to maintain and control key data warehouse for existing reporting capability as well as new report creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities and improvement area in operation efficiency and conduct analysis to communicate business performance
  • Perform forecast and annual budget and ensure process runs to plan
  • Maintain and develop the database using information from varying sources and systems and create interfaces to enable consolidation reporting
  • Assist in the implementation of business development projects
  • Develop financial models, dashboard to oversee the analysis of business cases and to aid key decision-making processes

Requirements:

  • University graduate major in Accounting or Commerce
  • Minimum 5 -8 years relevant working experience
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels
  • Strong curiosity and analytical mind with data mining and modelling experience
  • Highly advanced skills of Microsoft Office tools, Excels
  • Pro-active, good problem-solving skill
  • Proficient in both written and speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin
