Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking (Mid Cap Focus)

Main Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients who need financial services and customized products to meet their financial needs
• Prospect and generate new business by focusing on enhancing existing relationships, and identifying opportunities for uptiering
• Interview prospective clients to collect information concerning their business needs, desires, abilities, and earnings to determine the business opportunities
• Use analytical skills and knowledge of credit policies to evaluate the financial condition of the clients, make credit recommendations for Management's approval

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 4 years experience in the Commercial Banking business segment
• Sound knowledge in corporate banking and treasury products / services. Experience in preparation credit proposals / facing clients will be an advantage
• Familiar with the general banking operations and related regulatory requirements
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Relationship Manager.
