We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant who is motivated to grow their recruitment career within the Banking & Financial Services sector. To be well suited for this role, you should:

• Have 2 or more years of Recruitment Consultant or Executive Search experience, ideally with exposure to a specialism within Financial Services in Singapore (a Consultant or Principal title can also be considered)
• Ability to manage a pipeline of candidates and clients with tight timelines
• Track record of successful sales and business development
• Be enthusiastic, motivated, target driven and enjoy building relationships
• Possess the drive to develop your career in a client facing sales role
