(Senior) Product Development Manager - Life Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Take lead on various product initiatives, including new product development and feature enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage the full insurance product life-cycle, from pipeline planning to approval processes.
• Ensure all product materials, development, and implementation comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
• Provide product expertise and support for broader company projects such as channel expansion and system upgrades.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new product initiatives.
• Perform post-launch reviews to identify improvements for future products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
• Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is preferred.
