(Senior) Pricing Manager - Insurance

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle individual product pricing, including annual updates and new product pricing.
  • Build and present business cases for promotions and offers.
  • Provide input on underwriting practices.
  • Develop pricing strategies for different portfolio segments.
  • Lead updates to the pricing framework.
  • Manage reinsurance and partnership arrangements.
  • Prepare management reports, identify product optimisation opportunities, and assist with group quotations.
  • Lead a team, contribute to forecasting, and coach a high-performing actuarial team.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in actuarial, mathematics, statistics or related field with minimum 6 years FS experience
  • Qualified or partially qualified member of internationally recognised actuarial body
  • Insurance experience will be considered as advantageous
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
