About the Role:
- Design and elevate dynamic campaigns that not only attract new users but also amplify site traffic, conversion rates, and revenue across Mira eShop and its affiliated platforms.
- Spearhead CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives that captivate, engage, and retain members through personalized journeys, irresistible loyalty offers, and targeted segmentation.
- Harness the power of CRM and cutting-edge automation tools to craft behavior-triggered journeys across email, mobile apps, and digital channels-transforming data into impactful, automated customer experiences.
- Oversee and refine paid search, social media, display, and video campaigns to achieve remarkable ROAS, optimize CPA, and drive audience growth aligned with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with analytics and IT experts to ensure precise tagging, attribution, and marketing measurement; deliver actionable insights and dashboards that steer optimization.
- Identify and collaborate with essential partners or loyalty alliances that amplify membership value, broaden brand visibility, and enhance eShop sales performance.
- Engage seamlessly with Marketing, eCommerce, CRM, and Operations teams to deliver integrated, customer-centric campaigns that unify channels and teams across the organization.
About the Candidate:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of robust experience in performance marketing, CRM, or eCommerce growth-ideally within the hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
- A proven track record of leveraging CRM strategies and data insights to boost customer engagement and drive incremental revenue.
- Practical experience with marketing automation, platforms, and crafting personalized journeys.
- Mastery in SEM, paid media, analytics, and data visualization tools.
- An analytical mindset paired with strong commercial insight and a results-driven focus.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in digital marketing and marketing technologies, including innovations in data marketing, automation platforms, and emerging social media channels.
- A deep understanding of social media, trends, and audience insights-always staying ahead of platform features, formats, and creative storytelling techniques.
- Strong marketing intuition with a solid grasp of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- A creative, curious, and proactive outlook, fueled by a passion for digital marketing-always exploring fresh ideas, tools, and strategies to enhance performance and engagement.
- Self-motivated and resourceful, capable of working independently while infusing the team with innovative strategies and fresh perspectives.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
