Senior Officer, SME lending product

Our client is a well-established banking group with diversified businesses in Wealth Management, Retail, Corporate banking. With their continuous expansion in SME and Secured Lending business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a SME Lending product professional to join their business in retail banking.

Reporting to Team Lead, you will assist in developing new product and managing SME Banking product portfolio. You will assist in launching marketing strategies and plans to enhance product image. With strong business acumen, you will work closely with credit and sales teams and other parties to maintain business growth. You will keep abreast of latest market activities of other competitors. You may also help in providing updated training to front-line for maintaining strong growth in business and constructing management reports.
To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Product Development / Secured Lending / Marketing gained in Banking, SME or Commercial Banking knowledge is also preferred
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
