Senior Officer, Segment Management, Insurance

Our client is a well-established international insurance company with a strong presence in Hong Kong. As their business continues to expand, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre segment management professional to join their client propositions team.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will be a key member of the local Life Insurance client propositions team to drive client and customer segmentation. You will communicate and work closely with the client analytics team to drive and maximize client values. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to perform the end-to-end client journey and to provide the best client experience. You will work closely with various departments on marketing strategies to attract and retain customers and clients, as well as to enhance their sales performance.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in segment management in the financial services industry, preferably in the Life Insurance sector
• Advanced knowledge in Excel will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
