Senior Officer, Mortgage Product

Our client is a well-established banking group with diversified businesses in Wealth Management, Retail, Corporate banking. With their continuous expansion in SME and Secured Lending business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mortgage product professional to join their business in retail banking.

Reporting to Team Lead, you will assist in developing new product of Mortgage and Secured Lending products. You will work closely with different departments to implement new product initiative and marketing campaigns. You will help with the marketing communication materials development, prepare proposal, and campaign evaluations. You will follow up on the latest guidelines from HKMA and other regulatory bodies. You will review and fine-tune products to maintain product competitiveness. You may also help in providing updated training to sales channels for ensuring the delivery effectiveness in business.
To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Product Development (Mortgage) / Marketing gained in Banking, SME or Commercial Banking knowledge is also preferred
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
